Academy Hotel - Fiumicino

Great garden view, but the room was really cold for December.

Hotel was extremely convenient and lovely small, we liked this place.

Everything was perfect, comfortable location close to the central area, and the garden, real good experience. The staff were very very helpful and excellent and assisted with free parking. The service was excellent, the food was delicious. The hotel created a quiet environment...

Room lacked USB outlets, which feels a bit outdated for international travelers. Air conditioning didn't work properly, and I had trouble with the television remote. The shower had some drain issues, leading to leaks on the bathroom floor, and I noticed a few drain flies. Shuttle service was not as straightforward as expected, requiring longer wait times than advertised.

Air conditioning didn't function properly, leading to discomfort!!! Shuttle instructions were unclear, causing confusion for travelers!!! Noise from the courtyard during gatherings made relaxation difficult!!! Limited outlets for charging devices felt outdated!!!

Friendly staff and local charm

The friendly staff were very good that turned into nice meals. The hotel's proximity to seafood restaurants added to the experience!

Everything was spotless, fantastic hotel, the location was ideal just off supermarket, restaurants and bars, Rome airport, and restaurants and coffee shops are. The room was tidy with 4 beds and my experience was such great.

Room size perfect for unwinding, super clean vibes, and the 24-hour check-in helped us a lot. Breakfast felt a bit limited for my family. Still, great spot for that pre-flight break!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, great for a peaceful night's rest. The great staff, especially Diabate, provided excellent service and ensured my airport shuttle was punctual.

Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

The room was clean, but I had to endure the shame of no tea/coffee facilities after my long travels. And what's with the limited breakfast? I almost gave this a good review, but the lack of USB outlets woudl ve been a dealbreaker if I didn't travel with an army of adapters.

Academy Hotel in Fiumicino surprised me with its charm and ease. Especially Selim. He provided great local dining recommendations and arranged our transportation seamlessly. The room was spacious and clean, ideal for unwinding. I loved that it was within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and even the beach. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and reasonably priced. I noticed that the air conditioning could be quite loud at times, distracting. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, not offering much variety. Still, the overall ambiance and value made up for these minor quirks.

The spacious room had comfy beds and modern furnishings that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was tasty, and at a good price.
